Tubular solenoid, which should be classified as a type of thrust-and-pull electromagnet as far as its functions are concerned,features compact structure, small volume, light weight, long travel course in virtue of using a long tube magnetic circuit structure. Among the wide range from the short course to long course, it has a relatively strong absorption force.

There are three different types: thrusting, pulling and another type that equipped with restoration spring available for different designing requirement.

Functional Advantages : Ideal for high force, short stroke applications; on/off operation
Operation : Push/pull engagement; well-suited to lock/latch operations

Features:

1. With the electromagnet converting attraction and close up principle, using solenoid structure can design and manufacture a linear to-and-fro electromagnet. The unique design and material selection ensure that this series solenoids work smoothly, gently, flexibly and reliably. Thus a strong magnetic absorption can be assured for long travel course; besides, the high magnetic conductive round-tube housing is a good protection for the components inside the electromagnets and can act effective anti-corrosion treatment to the all components, it is especially suitable to be used for a condition featuring long travel course and mild working surrounding.
2. Features long service life, free of any diametrical vibration, low noise, quick response and stable and reliable movement. The main types for tubular solenoids: suction tubular solenoid and detrusion tubular solenoid, suitable for different usage. They can be widely used in diversified automated machinery, instruments and apparatuses, medical cares, light industries, office automation, etc.
3. With 11mm-70mm diameter round iron tube.
