Introduction:
Ferrite flat pot magnets are available in diameters from 25mm to 125mm and performances up to 210kgs pull. These flat holding disc magnets make it possible to fasten and release heavy parts quickly and safely to and from any steel surface. The holding force is high which will never lose even when wear or aging occurs.
They have chrome plated shells and anisotropic ferrite magnets, which are ideal for Point of Sale displays, Exhibition displays and Marketing displays. Maximum operating temperature is 150 °C.

Disc-type holding magnets ---w/ Shallow Pot Magnet
Shallow pot magnets are low profile for applications where height is limited. They have a clearance hole through and a countersunk on the magnetic face to accept a countersunk screw. The range of Ferrite Shallow Pot Magnets is wide and shallow, the north and south poles are on the same plane. Because the gap between the poles is narrow, they have a shallow flux field, these magnets are ideal for limpet type gripping applications. Each magnet in the range is manufactured with a standard M6 thread for building into jigs and fixtures, fitted with a J bolt. Surface can be red painted, or coated with nickel, zinc, or Chrome. Disc holding magnets can be fixed onto or sunken into steel surfaces without any loss of performance.
